Here are some of our photography tips that will help you improve your photography. We’ll show you how to take great Instagram pictures.
Tips for good Instagram pictures
A lot of people post selfies on Instagram. If you also belong to this category, then you should think about some good selfie ideas for the first time. Come up with something different. don’t do everything the same as everyone else. Once you have found a topic, please note the tips attached.
Create a sense of depth
When photographing landscapes, it helps create a sense of depth, in other words, makes the viewer feel like they’re there. A wide-angle lens for a panoramic view will help you. Also, use a small aperture of f/16 or smaller to keep the foreground and background sharp. Placing an object or person in the foreground helps give a sense of scale and emphasizes how far away the distance is.
Using a tripod as a small aperture usually requires a slower shutter speed. Even the slightest movement can blur the image a bit and the professionalism is gone.

Use a ring light
If you take a lot of selfies, or if you want the focus to be on your face, use a ring light. Your face or the object is perfectly illuminated by means of these lights. The lighting gives the picture a much better professionalism. For more information, this selfie ring light guide will help you. The most recommended ring lights are attached.
Use plain backgrounds
The simple approach is usually the best in photography. If possible, choose a solid background – that is, neutral colors and simple patterns. You want the eye to be drawn to the focal point of the image and not a patch of color or an odd building in the background. This is especially important in a shot where the model is placed off-center.
You can also introduce a room, furniture or anything in the background, just make sure it’s tidy and not too crowded.

Use the rule of thirds
The so-called rule of thirds is very important and should be applied to both images and videos. To apply the rule of thirds, imagine four lines, two across the image horizontally and two vertically, making nine even squares. Some images look best when the focal point is in the center of the square. Placing the subject off-center at one of the intersections of the imaginary lines often produces a more aesthetic photo. An object that is not centered draws more attention.

Do not use flash indoors
Flash can look harsh and unnatural, especially for indoor portraits. Therefore, there are several ways you can take a picture indoors without resorting to flash.
Set the ISO up. Usually ISO 800 to 1600 makes a big difference for shutter speed. Use the widest possible aperture – this way more light gets to the sensor and you get a nice blurred background. Using a tripod or an image stabilization lens is also a great way to avoid blur.
Create movement
If you want to capture a subject in motion, use the panning technique. A passing car or bike won’t look good without the panning technique. To do this, choose a shutter speed that is about two steps slower than necessary. So for 1/250 we would choose 1/60. Hold your camera halfway on the subject with your finger on the shutter button to lock focus. Press the shutter button and move the camera with the passing object. This takes a lot of practice, but looks fantastic.
If possible, use a tripod or monopod to avoid camera shake and get clear lines of motion.
